The Spoken Words of Spirit--March 1, 2011

Find peace for your inner self; for the harmony within to resonate in all of your actions. Take a step back from overwhelming situations; otherwise you will not be able to feel rebalanced. If you continue to do the same things repeatedly, then you are not truly trying to improve your direction. Embrace the love of mankind and of those people who are close to you. There is no harm in changing courses, provided the course you set is meant to be positive and not to dismantle your own happiness. You deserve to be happy, secure and loved.

For those of you who find that an impossible belief, we (Spirit) tell you that having someone love you is not an impossibility, nor so abstract that you shut yourself down. Know that the hand of the Creator is firmly on your shoulder, doing all He can to bring you to the path of joy that you desire. In order for this to be fulfilled, you must take the time to deem yourself valuable and not allow other people to determine who you are or what is expected of you. Granted, there are times when that is necessary, but in the overall picture, we are seeking answers that come from within and not from all external forces. Cut yourself some slack and stop feeling like there is no slack for you to make a mistake. Success generally comes on the heels of failure. Your angels and those who have preceded you to the richness of life can attest to that fact.

In short, we want you to write down all of your hopes, dreams and promises to yourself. Put it where it will be seen so that you can have it work consciously and subconsciously. You have an amazing ability to be resilient in all aspects of your physical existence. Trounce the negative thoughts that will clatter in your head. Replace it with the influence of positive thinking. The magnitude of that statement cannot be explained so that it is felt strongly enough by you. The power of positive thinking is not a cliché` but a roadmap to the path of optimistic rewards. All human beings deserve it. Since the universe is truly infinite in all of its material, it is up to you to replenish your heart and soul. Take the hug of angels as your cloak of compassion; your loving dominion. Life begins anew when you allow your mind to have that happen. For people who are enjoying their life, waking each day is exhilarating because they assume more good things are going to unfold. For those who are struggling with pain, sadness, financial issues, and even the loss of their spiritual compass, we can tell you that it is alright to release the feelings and emotions that you will not ever improve. This is frequently the mindset that is running through their imagination as soon as their eyes open.

Yes, it is your imagination that begins the day. It is what helps to create the reality of your attitude and the actions that take shape for the coming hours. We--Spirit--say this because NOTHING has happened to you the moment you awaken. While we are cognizant of physical needs and problems, it is not too strong to say that before most people get out of their beds, cots, sleeping bags, or benches, they have already set a tone. This is the primary reason you are always being told to wake up with a feeling of gratitude; a feeling that a new day is going to bring you the richness of life that you would prefer.

How many fellow humans do you know that wake up expressing the hope and desire that they want to suffer? Yet, most of them are more than happy to share the misery they feel throughout the day. This might surprise you coming from the standpoint of our words, but doing that is not necessarily a bad thing. As long as you are willing to heed the advice of those who try to help you to make changes, then releasing the negativity of your feelings is healing, helpful and hope-filled. It is especially important to pay careful attention to the voice of the Child Within. Sometimes, the guidance is given in hushed tones so as not to overwhelm you with the fear of changes. Each day should be taken one step at a time, one gesture at a time. Trying to revamp everything in your life immediately is counterproductive to the results you are looking for, which are meaningful, permanent step towards happiness.

Finally, we ask those who are in a good place in their lives to help be teachers to those who can benefit from their success. Talk to them about the proper settings of their thoughts and deeds. Let them know that they are never without hope or a future of brightness. Our appreciation and gratitude is sent to all of you who abide by the wisdom of spiritual principles. The world is once again going through a major shift. Between natural disasters and disasters created by humans, it is no wonder that many people are beginning not to recognize what the Creation was meant to be. In all phases, the power and principles of Godly living has seemed to become lowered by many who are control oriented in their personal nature. It is up to individuals with open hearts and loving minds to make a difference. You are one of them!

Take some time to realize how much influence you have. Each one of your thoughts and actions are triggering a difference for someone else. As the human race goes, it is simple to dismiss that your personal choices have ramifications on the emotions and well-being of many people, both close to you and even unknown. We say this for a particular reason. When you impact one person, negatively or positively, their attitudes and approaches to everything in their lives are stretching beyond the boundaries of your awareness.

One person, one deed, one power. Whether or not you are intentional in your efforts or not, you still make a difference. You have the ability to make other people march towards lifelong happiness. In the same breath, we can tell you that you can also make them march towards sadness, anxiety and depression. These thoughts are not meant to discourage you to move your lives forward. What they are is a reminder that all things you say and do have an extended consequence. This is why we want you to take a moment or two to think about what you are doing. If it is a simple change, go ahead and make it. If it is a change of greater magnitude, then take the time to envision where it will lead you. Never, ever be afraid to improve your lot in life. Just make sure you are not doing it at the expense of the majority of other people, individually or in mass proportions.

If all of this makes you unsure of your future, we would tell you to incorporate some quiet time. Allow the reflection of your Inner Child to be heard. Combine that with the awareness of loving angels, guides and teachers in the Light, and you will not be able to fail. In fact, failure is an illusion when you are striving towards improvements! Use any that you might have as a catalyst for better thoughts, better production and an open heart, especially towards yourself. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 24, 2011

Where does it say in life that you have to struggle alone? Why is it that so many people fail to turn to the safest place to turn to? Are you one who is afraid to chat with your friends, family or Inner Child when comfort is needed? What about the magnificent way that you can feel when you release the burdens of secret hurts that you many be experiencing or worrying about?

All of these questions are relevant to your happiness. They are telling a story about your self-confidence, but more so, they are speaking volumes about how good you can feel if you stop slamming the door shut on your spiritual connection to a Higher Source of love and joy. In all earthly existences, the ability to find a center of inner peace actually comes when you expand your comfort zone to talk to the angels around you. Some of them might very well be incognito; where their approach to appease and help you is hidden by walls of respect. Of course, some of it is the false respect you think you are honoring yourselves with when you do not trust in your own Higher Power.

Be one with yourself! Take a step back to realize just how important you are! It is one thing to let go of the people and things that drag you down; that dismiss your pure essence. It is another thing, altogether, to cast aside your own prominence and value. You must be a friend with yourself in order to be a friend and confidant to others. Some might find it easier to live vicariously; this way they do not ever have to strive to change their own direction in life. Our reality--the reality that is seen from the Light and stars of heaven--is to get each individual to embrace themselves with the gift of love. Try it for a day or two. Take some simple, practical steps to dismiss all the talk of your negative programming and replace it with, "I am worth my own time and effort." That is what will begin the healing process for you. This message could go on continuously, but we are going to leave it here for you to digest. Do this while knowing that the love and exhortations come from The Spoken Words of Spirit.

The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 23, 2011

All personal lives will vary greatly. Each human has a different path to follow. Some will simply appreciate everything in their life, no matter how trivial it might be. Others will be disgruntled and annoyed at even the slightest things said or done that they disagree with. Their lack of tolerance and awareness that each existence is allowed to be different is what frequently causes them stress and unhappiness.

Which camp would you rather be in? Would you be more comfortable on a path where joyfulness rings your soul, or one where you are always searching for something that might finally bring you the elusive contentment that you seek? There are no wrong answers. Many times, the physical life lesson has to coincide with the growth of your soul. This is not to say that God, Spirit or any of the Hierarchy want you to suffer. In fact, it is to point out that you can have a momentous and joyful life, regardless of what type of lessons you are learning.

Where is your compassion for yourself? That might be the bigger question. Why do some people stress about every minute detail, while others embrace changes as though it were an opportunity? That is because the latter of the two know and trust that the glory of their life is their life in and of itself! Consider how dull your existence would be if you were not challenged in some way. You would feel the wind taken out of your efforts to breeze forward with an electric attitude. Each day would seem to be irrelevant because they would all resemble monotony. Today, wake up and invigorate yourselves by observing the actions of others. Do this, not with disdain because they are not in alliance with all of your concepts about how life should be run, but because by watching and absorbing, you become more intelligent. That enables you to burst with knowledge; with the recognition that you have so much more to discover!

Perhaps we might say that some of you have etched beliefs about what or who God is. This figure--by any name that you are comfortable using--is not and cannot be put into a nice, neat little box to fit your needs. Instead, He (or She) emblazons the epitome of infinite possibilities. That is how you should be looking at everything. Each failure is a chance for you to change and learn from it. Each success is a chance for it to be built upon. May you be cognizant of your intrinsic beauty in body, mind and soul. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

Coping with stress is easy. Coping with stress is difficult. What if coping with stress is all about your attitude? Take a little time to think about that. People make snap decisions and snap judgments about virtually everything. This creates an imbalance amongst many in how to deal with setbacks, failures and delays. Some of you might be able to put yourselves into sheer panic simply by the way you first look at a situation. Others will look at the same thing and be virtually unfazed because their way of thinking is to be appreciative of the opportunity to prove their resiliency.

Perhaps everything in life boils down to how resilient you are. If you are of the mindset to be engulfed by problems, then you will continue to struggle. However, when you see each challenge as a new opportunity to prove yourself, and to show how quickly you can recover from the lesson, then your life will be laden with rewards. Spirit and all of your teachers in the Light will never parse their words when it comes to how they want you to help yourselves. Individually, you are a formidable force of power. Collectively, when you unite your thoughts with rejuvenated and positive people you become a source of undeniable love and perfection.

What is perfection? In the eyes of those in spirit, perfection is anything that you do with sincerity and convictions that are born out of love. To think it has to be more than that is to put so much pressure on everything you do in life that anxieties are more likely to filter into your path. We are always trying to have each of our loving children to absorb the enormity of love and blessings that are universal and infinite. Try your best to be perfect by not ever giving up on yourself! It takes billions of grains of sand to create pristine beaches. While most people look at this landscape as a whole, your angels view it as individual grains. To remove one from the beach is to diminish its value. Your life is also that important to the universe. While you may not feel like you make a difference, you must realize that if the Creator notices a single grain of sand is missing, surly He will feel the emptiness of your removal.

You are only failing yourself when you start thinking that your existence is not important. Step back and try to love who you are, as you are in the moment. Changes can take place at any time you are ready. If you find yourselves thinking that this is impossible, yet you find it a simple thing to give to and encourage others with, then you might also feel like a hypocrite. In order to be a strong and vibrant person, you must learn to accept and embrace the power of your own being. It was designed to be meaningful!

Create the memories of life by always acting in a way that necessitates love and honor. Be respectful of the essence of your existence because it was given to you as a another building block in the foundation of lessons for your soul. Each moment you are on earth, there is a force of energy guiding you. Believe in the inner wisdom that comes with it, for you are worth the time of the Masters in spirit. Walk through your life with your head held high, as there is no reason for you not to feel proud of yourself when abiding by what we speak of here. The Golden Rule is the compass in which you should set your course to follow. May many blessings infuse themselves into your aura. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

Be triumphant! There is nothing on this planet that can prevent you from feeling extraordinary at any point in your life. Attitude is the primary reason for all people to feel successful in their endeavors. It enables passion in your steps. It allows you to dismiss the wounds that others may cause you, but most of all, your attitude sets the tone for your personal agenda.

Satisfaction comes in the form of simple acceptance of life, as it is. The changes you seek, when positive, will only enhance this, thereby leaving you feeling victorious. Your approach to all of the ups and downs is a key to absorbing happiness and love. By learning to be appreciative of all the things currently in your life, you are also signaling that more would be met with gratitude too. That is when the freight train of abundance begins to steamroll towards you; powered by the loving angels who protect and provide for you.

Allow appropriate thoughts to be the prime factor in setting up your life’s path. When you have conceptions that show others the pure qualities of your self and soul, then you are expanding the blessings for everyone. When you walk through a wake of disasters with your head held high, the citizens of the world can see that you deem life as worthy. It is amazing to be able to amass the power of life just because your attitude is one of confidence. Build on it by shedding Light on all you do; on the people who are near and dear to you, and to those who you do not know. Being victorious in the way you feel is a privilege given to you by the saints of stability, God and the Masters in heaven. It is the way that we prefer all people to live and to feel. The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 18, 2011

Having a heartfelt and helpful soul and attitude is the best way to live your life. Whenever you are faced with adversity, as well as things that bring great contentment, your purpose is elevated. Through your acceptance and passion, you will be guided towards all the right decisions to either help alleviate or escalate the innate power within yourself and those who you have an impact on.

It is important to remind you that all of your moves and motives reach fellow humans far beyond the scope of your own initial contact. This is because the physical world connection spirals out from you to anyone in your immediate life. From that point, your influence on them is shared with people they are associated with. In other words, if you give someone a smile, hug, kiss, or compliment, they become consciously and subconsciously uplifted. That means their demeanor improves around others, thus the positive influence continues. Likewise, the countering approach to things, such as insults and anger being released from you, also will expand outwardly. Why do you think that you are always being pushed to keep your emotions on an upbeat roll?

Try not to feel empty in your lives. There is so much for you to be grateful for, if only you can peel away the layers of disappointments. The more you are able to do this, the more you will find that seeking happiness does not have to be an illusion. Once again, the reverse of that is to stay open in heart and emotions when most of your life is going well. Relationships, finances, good health and spiritual growth are all a big part of this. No one gets to set the tone of your current and future path except for you! Go out and face your existence with the fortitude and confidence that you see in other successful people. Let those folks be you! These are the guiding thoughts of The Spoken Words of Spirit.

When your feathers get ruffled by people or situations, consider it a blessing. It allows for the release of biting anxieties. When they are given a safe path to clear you of their clutter, it is simply another way that the power of Spirit cleanses your body, mind and soul! Instead of ruffled feathers, you become more aware of the power that can transcend on the wings of angels. There is no way to upset their plumage!

Balance is everything, and so too is allowing yourselves to release the burdens and weights that suppress true joy. You do not and should not ever feel saddled by issues that only hold you back. The more careful you are to nourish the wings of your own life, the easier it becomes to take flight and soar with the eagles and angels. Consider that when you allow the ignorance, or the evil actions of others to grip you like the plague, then you are giving up your right to direct your life and the path it is on the way you would prefer.

Be dynamic in your thoughts! Never let the pessimism of years gone by begin to pile up in this present time. Let history be a lesson; not an anchor to days of failure. You deserve better than that! Love who you are and the conceptual visions of grandeur become part of you. If you are going to be anchored to anything, let it be to the white light and love that surrounds you. It comes from friends, family, or perhaps the courteous clerk at the store. When you keep your mind in the here and now, that means that the warts of yesteryear are all gone, except with a bit of remembrances so you know what harmed and held you back. Be the visionary you always hoped you could be! Live your life as though today was the best day of your life; for in the eyes of Spirit that is exactly true. Purpose will replace pandemonium, procrastination and mediocrity. A life of contentment is born out of the ideas you plant. Sow a field of encouragement and love! Be thankful that your life is filled with lessons of love; filled with people who are available to help raise the vibration of your soul. Today, we speak about the need for you to be gracious in all the experiences you come across while trekking through the journey of life. We ask that you replace arrogance and ego with a self-confidence that exudes happiness. Allow it to shine the light on the brilliance of your inner core; that piece of God that is within each person. You make a difference!

If there is no gratitude, all that happens is that your life becomes one of repetitive angst and annoyances. From the empowering side of Light, we simply do not understand why so many human beings find this to be a difficult thing to do. Showing appreciation for anything that crosses your path shows the universe that you are accepting of more and more. When ego gets in the way and you begin to act as though there is no one as good as you; or that your decisions are better than other people, the ultimate outcome is a life that is bloated with problems. Consider that ego is an inflated air of superiority, then it is no wonder that you become bloated with numerous issues of the negative type.

Since you are all beings of the Creator’s Light, then it is safe to assume that resiliency and generosity are part and parcel of your makeup. Sometimes, we look at society and cannot understand why so many of you fight the simplicity of grace, gratitude and Godliness. Those simple steps will have you drenched in blessings and a flowing cascade of never-ending love. Your purpose for living is confined by how much you understand this concept. More so, your purpose is defined by how much you LIVE in this state of mind. We know that struggles besiege you at some point, but they are so much more easily discarded when you follow the “three G” principle. Equally important is the “LG Factor” of Let Go, Let God, Life’s Good philosophy.

All we ever ask of you, from the side of spirit, is for you to do your best to abide by our words. It would be arrogant to say that there is no other way, however, we are confident that this is the best way to live. Of course, those of you who live with negativity branded into you because of the actions of other people, as well as faulty experiences, are thinking that this is hard to do. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO EVERYONE!

Consider that the balance on the earth plane is one of the most precious things ever created. Not only is everything that you do a part of it, but one aspect that is frequently overlooked is the perfect pairing of mankind, animals and plants. For now, we wish to remind you of what each of them bring to your life.

People can lift you up, knock you down, encourage or discourage you. Plants and trees, along with other types of vegetation, hold the key to numerous remedies for virtually all illnesses. The world of answers is still almost untouched by man or woman, but it is always trying to be guided and guarded by a universe that knows the importance of its secrets.

It is the third group that we mentioned that needs to be discussed. There are tens of thousands of other living creatures besides humans. They far outnumber people when you take into consideration all of the birds, insects, reptiles, fish and mammals. However, numbers are not enough to protect them. That needs to come from the living life that has the highest intelligence; that simply being all humans. You are to work as their loving Sheppard! Treat them with the same love that you would treat another group of people because many of them also offer cures for a lot what ails society.

The other reason we want you to look at animals is for the shear joy they can bring to your lives. Domesticated pets, such as dogs, cats, horses and more, are treated like family by devoted “owners.” The reality here is that no one can own another living creature. Even the Creator himself does not own them, nor own anything in the universe. It has all been supported as a gift to each other. The happiness a pet can bring is unmatched, especially by the animal’s requirement for nothing but reasonable room and board, but most of all, the affection from your heart. They will give all of theirs to you without ever looking for more than a reciprocal hug, pat on the head or praise.

In a manner of speaking, Spirit would love it if the human society would treated each other the same way. Could you imagine a world that ran on the innocence and purity of love? Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your only responsibility was to be loyal to those who loved you? Think about the joy that a four-legged critter can bring to you. Protect their magnificence, as you are the trusted keepers of their lives and environment. May love always find its way to you and your furry companions. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

When you are living a life enhanced by the love of spiritual principles, then hesitation in enjoying it holds no relevant place. There are times when you need to be cautious, but most of the rest of your existence needs to be one of an attitude of enthusiasm. In several parts of the world, many people are sensing a taste of freedom for the first time in their lives. At some point, if those who began the rally to create changes started to hesitate, then nothing would have shifted.

Your personal lives are much the same. When you repeatedly abide by a path of familiarity, then you may be missing a vat of freedom! Change what does not work! We are not telling you to throw caution to the wind; nor are we telling you to force changes simply for the sake of change. There must be a plan of attack--a cause for you to unite yourselves with. What exactly is it that you want? Draft a set of ideas that make you feel motivated for more! Be concise with your thoughts so that there will be no reason to second-guess your path as you go forward.

Each day, you are given magnificent power. You are not winning awards for standing pat in your misery. Awaken the greatness within! Begin each day with gratitude and humility. The gratitude is for all things that you have been given, including your own existence. The reason we want you to show humility is because being humble is an important part of being an ambassador of God, goodwill and graciousness. It will lead you onto a path that is ripe with rewards; things that are far better than where your thoughts will generally allow you to go. Let the world inspire you! Why not live in a way that absorbs all of the positive vibrations that creativity, love and respect from other people can give you? It is not as hard to deflect negativity as many people seem to think it is. You must make the mental adjustments to program yourself to be dismissive of ignorance, annoyances, and anyone who tries to degrade you in any form. You are powerful! You are the leader of your life, and because of that, only you can steer yourself down the path of least resistance and highest promise.

Never is there a bad time to step back and restart your “thinking agenda.” It can become second-nature to become accepting of unhealthy habits, thoughts and actions. This is especially true when you are not encouraged by those closest to you to strive for better things, as well as since many of them are the ones creating lack of self-confidence for you. How many times have you been told by someone who loves you that you cannot achieve one of your goals before you made the first move for it? Although most people are well-intentioned, their own insecurities do not have to be shared or given to you. Reject the pattern of embracing failure! The greatest discoveries on the planet usually came after rejection after rejection, or poor result after poor result. If everyone gave up after the first time they did not succeed at something, the planet would still be without lights, healing remedies or technology.

You are an invincible creation of the Creator! You have the ability to make advances in your life on any given day! Let this be the one that makes you abundant in thoughts; abundant in taking the next step towards the goals and success that you want. Be undeterred by past failures! Today is a new dawn; the awakening of a new attitude comes with it. Be proud and bold of the person you are now. Your journey is one of many winding roads, with hills and valleys for you to navigate through. Each day you are alive gives you power and strength through a myriad of choices you can and will make. Be comfortable with your decisions because blessings end up flowing faster to you. There is a divine gift of love that should also be felt when you are abiding by the rules of spirituality that are set up to govern mankind in the most peaceful and beneficial ways.

Look at each day and each obstacle as a blessing. From them, your body and soul grow stronger. You are granted help from many corners of the universe; many people on the earth plane. In fact, you are protected and nurtured by angels from both sides of the divide. Try not to ever feel like the battles and the celebrations have to come in solitude. That is and will never be the case, as each person is part of an essential whole in the master plan of the Creator.

Be comfortable in your own skin. It is the essence of your personality. Your belief in who you are is a stepping stone towards the greatest feelings and achievements that await! Today, like most days, you will be faced with hundreds of decisions. Most are mundane; such as whether or not to breathe. The others might be anything from thinking about how much food and water to eat and drink, or even choices that will have you veering into or out of danger on the road. All of this is going on under the watchful eye of your Inner Child and souls in the Light.

We realize that saying that opens up many questions. Why do bad things happen to good people? Why do some have to suffer from immense emotional losses? Why, why, why? All of the situations you incur during your physical existence are etched into the memory of your soul. This creates a record that has you moving higher and higher into the Light and Love of God. Whether on this side of the divide or the other, you are always being improved. It is when you turn your back on repeated offers of help, or continue to repeat mistakes and live in ways that degrade yourself or others that you will find your path mired in hardships. To some degree, your soul will have to come back and repeat the lifetime to fulfill the loving lessons that are available to it. Why do that when the more vibrantly you live, the longer you get to stay at the feet of the Creator in heaven? These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

Egoism and spiritual principles align themselves in unusual ways. As Spirit sees it, you must have confidence in yourself in order to be truly successful. This means that you should be unafraid to verbalize your ideas, provided you are not grandstanding or trying to snuff out the legitimate concerns or needs of others. You can walk through this earthly existence feeling good about yourself without doing so in a way that exudes arrogance. Quiet leadership is almost always better than boisterous rabble rousing. Often, there is a fine line between coming off egotistical and gently self-confident.

We share this topic with you for a reason. Many people think they must be timid in order to be strongly connected to the angels and Creator. While it is said that the meek will inherit the earth, it is not meant as a statement of timidity. Our interpretation is that you are being told that you do not have to be loud and obnoxious in order to be leaders of a land that is filled with infinite possibilities. What capacity in which you latch on to has more to do with the quiet, loving union between your soul, self and all of those in the gates of heaven.

Life should most definitely be lived in an air of self-worth and a belief in your inner, core value. If done this way, all you should anticipate is quality results for everything you seek. You are a blessed event unto yourself, as seen that way through the eyes of the Creator. Be an angel by living with a boost in your ego; by staying attuned to your guides, loved ones and teachers on the other side. Physical existence is infused with immeasurable love when you live according to the precepts put before you. This message comes at a time where many people are digesting their lives and the importance of them. Your loved ones want success to come to you in all forms and walks of life! YOU are the one who has to become clear in how you value yourself! The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 7, 2011

To all of my faithful blog readers; this was one of the most bizarre occurrences to take place since I have tuned in to retrieve Spirit’s messages. While it felt like I was channeling a male, the impression I got was that this was an equally balanced soul who needed to reach out in a male/female way.

My life was a mess. Through the years, I somehow lost my way to the dreams I had of being in a world that was perfect for me. The person I had selected to be my life-mate decided there were other options than myself available. Somewhere, the goals I set to get that were so much in my mental reach suddenly had only frustration attached to them. Stunned by the lack of progress and success, the only thing that filled my mind was negativity and cynicism. The spiral that this created seemed to be much bigger than I could handle, let alone have imagined.

The days--although grinding and slow moving individually--sped on by like a race car with no breaks. My attitude became more and more sullen; the thought of ever recovering was the last thing possible in my way of thinking. Slowly, the physical part of me became drained and broken, just as much as the emotional and mental states I was in. Making any choice always had the complexity of the largest math problems known to mankind. When I did make one, it felt like it was usually wrong. There was a depression that rang into my darkest fibers, and life had no relevancy to me anymore.

Of course, there would be people moving in and out of it. Some would bring me hope and promises, but most would break them as strongly as they were made. I got to the point where I did not know if my heart could ever open up again; nor did I want to find out because of the ingrained sense of fear that another person would crush my feelings. There appeared to be no way out of my pit of despair and addictive actions. Tears would silently fill my eyes, but never where I would let anyone see them. After all, I was still clinging to my old ways of thinking that I had to be strong and show resolve. Even though waking up in the morning angered me, I wasn’t weak!

When I screamed out words similar to that, it was as if a magical voice penetrated the heaviness of my mood. It sounded like there was someone talking to me from behind. As my body whirled around to see who it was, the panic I felt upon seeing no one can not be explained. Had my mind finally snapped? Again, I heard someone tell me all would be fine. Again, whirling around even faster to see who was playing games with me provided no physical results. As I was home alone--again--I openly wept at my final demise. I cried and cried and thought the tears would never stop flowing. All of the situations that had trapped and wounded me kept flashing in and out of my head. There was no spouse; no kids in the picture, nor was my financial picture secure. My body was so broken down at this point that living was the last thing I wanted to do. And now my mind was shot!

I laid on my bed and closed my eyes hoping beyond all else that it would all just end. Instead, the voice was louder and stronger. It encouraged me to look at the basis of my beliefs and see if all the failures and pains were a part of me. “Is this who you are?” It seemed a simple enough question that had my mouth shouting back, “NO!” That is when the softest touch I had ever experienced cradled my body. There was ample fright, but for some reason I allowed my brain to stop analyzing what was happening. My depression and angst all disappeared and resiliency returned to me as though it had not left those many, many years ago.

“We are here for you, my child.” Those words rang with such a deep, maternal love. Slowly, my eyes opened. It happened without my being able to control it. There was a tall figure standing in front of me; filled with a radiant light. “You have not lost your mind, my child. We are here to honor you. You’re life has been our dream. Stay with us and you will find your path to the freeing energies that will release and reward you.”

In an instant, the voice and the image were gone. This is when I awoke, although I didn’t know I was sleeping. Maybe I had just had a breakdown, yet it did not matter. Life filled my pores again. It was the first time in ages that the vibrancy of who I was as a younger person emerged. My focus was sharp and my body and mind were filled with great expectations. Such is the way I began the journey back to reclaim myself. Yes, I recognized that I was visited by an angel. It made no difference that I still did not know who it was because whatever took place at that magical moment changed me forever.

It is here that I tell you that if you are on a great path in life; stay there! For those of you who are struggling, let it be known that you too are visited by your angels and loved ones in the Light. May each of you discover the value of believing in the power of your soul! The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 5, 2011

To be skeptical of the Higher Side is seen as normal by those residing there. Human beings, in general, are always going to believe only what they can physically touch. This creates a chasm in philosophies, simply due to the fact that what is not readily visible for some cannot be accepted as being there. Our approach to this is to stay steadfast in our messages. It is from the events that unfold during your lives, that make no sense on an earthly basis, that end up being the catalyst for beliefs in something far greater.

When people experience something that goes beyond the explained, the outcome is that their minds start to question their set ways. This opens the door for them to step through the veil of different dimensions, and explore the feasibility of an energy world. Hopefully, they will begin to comprehend that the souls of the earth plane do not truly die. We are one with you. There is unity from multiple worlds; even multiple universes. It would be ignorant to think that life only exists in one place and in one way. Allow your minds to expand to the vastness of possibilities!

Become a believer in life; not someone who decides that their own existence is just in the here and now. Enjoy each waking minute because every single one of them are exploding with potential for power, self improvement and a stronger union with the spiritual realm. At all times, this is a universe of great influence and incredible lessons. What you choose to do and believe with your time is important, but totally up to you. In the end, it is your acceptance of a Higher Source that will make your life more valuable to you. It is already valuable to your angels! Believe, believe, believe, and you can achieve anything! The Spoken Words of Spirit--February 4, 2011

Let us prompt you into taking affirmative actions. As we are into a new month, it is imperative for all people to take a few minutes to reset their thoughts and motives for what it means to be happy. You all have the capability to insure your outcomes to be uplifted and vibrant. It is only a problem if you stray away from the goals you set for yourselves. This frequently happens when the resolutions for comfort that you have chosen do not arrive as swiftly as you would like. That is the cause of melancholy, and sometimes careless approaches to your everyday moves.

The truth is that there is never a bad time to reorganize yourselves towards aiming for better and better things. Some people inexcusably feel like that is the wrong way to think; almost as though they are being selfish for wanting more out of life. That is as far from the “laws” that the universe was founded on. The Creation comes to all human beings with infinite opportunities to expand out of any type of disappointments and towards being a receiver of joyful gifts. In other words, it is improper to think you need to live in a manner that has you feeling discouraged.

You have the power to make changes! You have the power to expand the boundaries that are often preset from the poor decisions that other people implied your life should be like. In a sense, you can be thin and muscular; full of zest and energy just as easily as you can be in a state of emaciation caused by a lack of “I can!” Just go out there and make the changes you want! Do it in large steps if you are capable. If not, progress can be made in incremental movements. Whether it is a healthy body, or a healthy checkbook, even the slightest of shifts towards your goals will start bringing feelings of empowerment. Be a leader for YOU, then worry about how others see you. Do not be daunted by the overall conclusion before you begin the epic changes of one step at a time, one day at a time.

There is one simple thing to remember: You are nurtured more by aligning yourselves with like-minded people. Who you associate with is very likely to bring you more of the same. If you surround yourselves with those who feed into your failures and want to limit yourselves, then you will have no desire to ever improve. When you surround yourselves with motivators--people who encourage and offer you help with your optimistic agendas--then what you receive is the surge of energy necessary to make it happen. Trust the latter group, which incidentally includes your loved ones and teachers in the Light. Reset and power up! These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

A message from One Feather--In all you do, please take the time to value yourselves enough to take care of what is important. That would be yourself! Many of you worry about friends and family; and even strangers, but seldom put the emphasis on what you need. While I am not trying to get you to be egotistical, the truth is that unless you feel good about yourself, it is hard to truly feel good about the rest of the world. The production you want will increase if you begin to mandate that even the smallest steps towards your personal goals are taken.

In your existence of earthly living, the essence of who you are is hugely created by the respect you give to your heart, mind and soul. However, it is the courtesy given to your physical body that needs to be substantially honored. While there are times when some people have soul lessons that are learned through hardships, such as serious illnesses; what I am referring to are those who choose to abuse themselves. When you make choices to ignore what can be changed, you are disrespecting your value to the Great Spirit. There are many different forms of help and healing that can be taken; from simple mental toughness, emotional support, or even the blessings that can come through gifted energy healers. Excuses fall short when you fail to take advantage of a universe that is filled with answers. Losing hope means you have not explored everything at your disposal.

During one of my incarnated lives, one of my best friends fell victim to a chemical dependency. While it was acceptable to hit the peace pipe during important rituals, this one found a way to abuse it. Dependency is not new to society. It has been around in some form for millenniums. Some of you are jumping to the fact that you think this message is all about chemical dependencies. You would be partially correct. I am also referencing any harmful, addictive behavior. It makes no difference if you are a gambler, drinker or hooked on drugs. It makes no difference if you are fused with thoughts of overdoing anything at all.

What this message is really about is teaching you to have the courage to reach out to all sources of assistance. There are many gifted angels amongst you who can share the burdens you feel saddled with. If you value life, then you will find an outlet that is satisfactory to make you stronger. If not, you will continue on a path that hurts you; often without realizing how much it also hurts the people who love you. In the eyes of those in the Light, it can be said that no single person is ever a lost cause; nor are they when they return to energy form. It is at this point that I share with you my love for each of my brothers and sisters. From my soul, I will do and send all of my love to those who are affected by poor outcomes. I will also send all my love to anyone who earnestly tries to improve themselves, no matter how miniscule the change may be. Feel the omnipotence of your guides and teachers! If you show any amount of effort, it will be doubled and redoubled continuously by those who have shed their physical bodies. That is simply because in the great vapors of the other dimension, every individual is seen as having deep purpose and importance. Please feel that way about yourselves and help those who may not. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
