It is when each of you expect to remold yourselves instantaneously that you feel overwhelmed. Life is designed for personal growth. All we need from you is for you to stop over analyzing each thing you do, say, or react to. The same has to be said about how you view other people. Like you, they are entitled to a graduated shift in improvements. Each one of you can and should take a step back when feeling agitated or stressed. Simplify your problems one at a time. Do not have such huge expectations of yourself that you compound your anxieties by thinking you should have been able to amass great changes with the twitch of your nose.
Life lessons are soul lessons. They are meant to give you future courage and strength. They come to you so that you can appreciate the small things in life after having to experience some tough times. There is a persistent mental switch that needs to take place. Every time you catch yourself “expecting” to have something wrong, it is best to hit the edit button and re-phrase it. When you hear yourself saying, “I probably won’t get what I’m looking for,” it should be changed to, “I am worthy of getting what I am looking for.” This simply opens the path to new beginnings and a higher acceptance of your personal value. Learn to release to the universe all that is negative in your mind’s eye. You can and should expect good things to come to you.
Admittedly, what we are trying to teach you has more to do with consistency and resiliency than it does with ability. All people can think and forecast positive events. The largest problem is that they do not stay devoted to this new way of thinking. The minute any minor setback comes up, most humans fall back into the comfort zone of staying with the beast they know, rather than to be introduced to new situations that can empower them. Are you someone who recants the goals and dreams you set for yourself as soon as any adversity takes place? If so, apply the intent of this message to you. It is all about letting go of the familiar, bad mechanics and replace it with something more enjoyable. All things in life take time to adjust to. Give yourselves a chance to prove how extraordinary you can become! These are loving concepts from The Spoken Words of Spirit.
