The Spoken Words of Spirit--May 11, 2011

Gaining strength through exercising is always an accepted fact. What if you are trying to become stronger in your mental approach to life? What exercises are available for that? We would begin by telling you to begin the process of visualization. Like muscular repetitions, any series of perfect patterns creates a reinforced concept of what you would like to achieve. Whether you want your body to be toned, or if you want to set the tone for greatness, repetition is the key. Stay consistent and you will be rewarded.

One of the best ways to do this is to trust in your endeavors; your desires to retrieve and receive the goals that are important to you. The easiest way this can be accomplished is by asking for help and guidance. There are people who have climbed the mountain and fought the battles that you may feel you are trying to conquer. Reach out to them for assistance. Like your angels, guides and teachers in the Light, these people have advice that could make your life easier. Practice the art of repetition in all things that will make you stronger. Whether you are visualizing or praying, consistency is the hammer that drives the nail into the target.

For some of you, these words may not have much impact. For others, learning that they can power their minds through steady “mentalizations” may come as a surprise. Each human was given the power to succeed at whatever their highest level is, and then higher when they think they have reached their personal pinnacle. One more rep, or one more vision of your expected outcome is crucial. The reason we said “expected outcome” is simply because it is more definitive than to say “wanted” or “intended.” Clarity is vital, as the universe is run on a synchronized clock. It will lift you up in a light and relaxed way, or it can delay and doom your choices. All of it depends on how much you strive to reach your wants and needs. May the force of invincibility, love and blessings wrap you like a magnificent robe, adorned with the gifts of the Creator. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
