Life is amazing! With the sounds of little ones running around, devoid of the negativity that many older people have, it would be good to focus on their jubilance. Listen to the glee in their innocent voices. Listen to the sounds of nature that dance around you, or perhaps the affections of a romantic partner. There are many different ways to be filled with the euphoria that the world can provide to you. All you need to do is stop and listen.While life can be angering, frustrating and confusing at times, the quiet of your soul is never gone. You have a built in safeguard to keep you balanced. Between taking moments to enjoy what is good and gentle in life, and then being able to relax your mind and breathing to center yourself, you will feel the passion of your soul come alive. Then, life will feel less pressurized, enabling you to enjoy the current path you are on that will lead you to future happiness. Being full of optimism and free of anxiety about what is in store is admittedly a challenge. However, if you dwell on only the negatives; making the changes you need will seem much harder. This is because you are stagnating your life by one of two major things. You are either letting guilt hold you back or you are so untrusting of your future that staying stuck is easier.
This brings us back to where we began this message. Your life can be glittering with incredible joy if you lean on the teachings of Spirit. You can have the burdens of change become events of contentment and love. On the other hand, if you refuse to adjust something you are doing if you are causing problems or harboring dysfunctional behaviors, you are probably creating the angst in others and in yourself too. Producing a wave of different views in the way you handle yourself is not as frightening as it may seem to be on the surface.
We have shared polar opposite possibilities with you. Why is it that you would be fearful of blending your ideas and love with the angels that guide you when you are being told they can help? Moving forward; simplify your thoughts. The more you repeat the same aspects that trouble you without doing anything to actually create an action to move it, the more you will stay in a field of limited potential. You virtually secure that you will continue to stay on a road of insecurities. Take your angels with you today! Reach to the ones on both sides of the divide and allow them to lift your emotions and confidence. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
