Good communication skills are essential for a life of happiness. There are many times when we see you struggling with each other, as well as within yourself; only because you have not expressed your thoughts as concisely as you should have. In essence, your need to be a teacher of life is vital. This does not mean our mandate is to have everyone stand in front of a room full of students. Our point is a bit different. We want you to articulate to the universe; to your angels, precisely what you desire.When you express yourselves with clarity and actions, then the universe has no choice but to respond to you in tones of appreciation. Each day you begin anew. This gives you the ability to generate something more productive; to allow you to feel more driven in your efforts to feel refreshed. You do not need to achieve everything in one fell swoop. Success is generally longer lasting when the changes come incrementally. It allows your mind, heart and emotions to nestle into a comfortable zone that has permanency attached. Most changes are only relevant if they are solidified, otherwise all you are doing is starting and stopping the process of avoiding what you are trying to change in the first place.
When people are given a setback unexpectedly, the ripple effect from an emotional standpoint can be extraordinary. This is when the resolve you have within the walls of your mind is urgently necessary in order to disperse the hurt and to envision yourself with the self-empowerment to overcome it. You are a gift to humanity. You deserve to be showered with respect; not to be saddled with dismissive wounds. As you march your way through life, understand that you are far from alone. Take a few minutes a day to quiet and clear your mind of all the daily events you have had, or will encounter. Listen for the hushed tones to come from the voice within so that you can understand the communication skills that are necessary for you to go forth with confidence. Appreciate the person you are! Let us make this clear--you are a cherished and vital part of the environment of angels. You are loved no matter what failures you perceive of yourself. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

I have been reading your posts for several months with an appreciation for the positive messages which you share with us.
Recently, I have done more than "read" these messages; I have had to draw strength from them.

Erik, I want to thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am hoping that with your continued effort that life starts to become a little more gentle. Much of what you worry about will be taken away. The burdens do not always have to be held by us, but given over to the universe so it can do the heavy lifting for you.

I do envision myself having the power to overcome it, but then I slip back again, and the hurt feels new. It takes a lot of time to overcome these setbacks, and a lot of work.
