The Spoken Words of Spirit--October 16, 2010

Confidence is born out of courage, love and a motivation to know you can do anything you want to do. It comes when you recognize that failure is nothing more than the prelude to success, and that obstacles are minor inconveniences to be overcome. Confidence allows you to make changes necessary for your happiness. The easiest way to build it is to embrace the wisdom of the Inner Child. It is to know that regardless of how difficult something is, that you have the ability to conquer it. Whether it is emotional, physical, financial or anything else, when you intuitively have the awareness that you can dominate it, then life has little pressure. Without self-imposed pressure, anything is possible!

Most people fail to use the King of Light as their ally and support team. If you were a carpenter and given all the tools to complete a project easily, would you leave the most important ones in their box? This is what happens to many normal people; and it makes no difference how spiritual or religious you are. It is easy to slip away from the things that help to make you who you are and who you want to be as you move forward. Simply stated, when there is a comfortable feeling with yourself, it then creates a little complacency. The only problem with that is the loss of experiencing the excitement of your potential to make even more good things happen because you have a support network that is of infinite size and clout. Be assertive in attaching your soul to the ones that can simplify your life.

Courage comes from the ability to forge ahead in the face of fear, hesitation and doubts. It is the relentless awareness that you can make your life better, but also that you can bring to the world the benefit of your talents and energy. You make a difference when you lead by example; without bluster and bravado as your calling card. Inner tranquility is a gift that all people can embrace. Discard the “I can’t do this or that” and push through with the love that comes from the essence of your personality and soul. Nourish your courage! May each of you be blessed with endless love. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
