A message from White Eagle--Eternal optimism is nothing more than the ability to free your mind of negativity and happenings that hold you back. While we are always striving to have all people reach a pinnacle of triumphant thoughts, it is also understood that the balance of life will always take hold. Your mind-power is the tool of the Gods! You can use it to create your own world; a world where you can stay focused on the enormous benefits of expectations that bring only the fulfillment of your highest desires and goals.

Each moment of the day is a chance for you to experience a renewal of your heart, mind and soul. Like Mother Earth, the ability to generate new growth in optimal ways is always awaiting you to sow the seeds. Whether or not you choose to nurture them so they can germinate and build mountains of happiness is completely in your hands. Who you want to become is always going to be guided by the focus you place on its importance.

There is a deep level of trust involved with what we are always trying to share with you. Just as one cannot see the air, we all know it is there. However, in some areas of the world, it is easy to see the pollution in the air. When we work together for solutions, symbolically speaking, the pollution in your life clears up, leaving only the crispness of clear mountain air. You must work on alleviating the anxieties, stresses and self-doubts about what you can or cannot do. All people are powerful when they reach out to those who can assist them; or to the processes in your mind that will purge the negative and embrace the love of positive environments. Reach out and trust the infinite power of the Great Spirit; for it is in Him that you will find relief.

All people have enormous abilities. There is no cause for you to automatically put yourselves down. Let the surge of life flow through you. Trust in your meditative skills and visualize perfection as part of your everyday path. Be unique in your ideas because you are unique! In the eyes of those in heavenly realms, you are an invincible force of love; awaiting only yourself to love who you are in the current moment. Feel the blessings of all the Spirits who want to guide, nurture and bring you to improvements in the triangulation of the body, mind and soul union.
