The Spoken Words of Spirit--June 10, 2011

Your voice should be heard when you have something uplifting and constructive to say to the people around you. Words can also destroy, so be careful with the language you use. As easy as it is to make someone feel good in the moment, it is even easier to discourage and hurt them for a much longer time by virtue of simple insults and dismissal of their feelings. This is why all things in life matter. Everything leaves scars or ointment to heal. Your attitude and approach to others is what will make this a reality.

Be an icon of love; not one of scorn. Bless those who are legitimately successful so that you send the proper signal to the Creation that you would also be accepting of such greatness. The reflection of your thoughts to others will mirror what you are magnetizing for yourself. If you are jealous of someone’s triumphs, then you are setting the tone for the world to be jealous and scornful of you. All thoughts and words have a reactive base. Once released, they can never be taken back no matter how many apologies are presented. Make sure you never let the sting of your words force others into a state of dismay, sadness or anger.

One of the main causes of relationship wounds are from the tone of voice in the words we use. Barbs, hurtful sarcasm and literal demeaning or hurtful statements will always linger. This holds true in all forms of relations, from personal to professional and from country to country. In fact, words filled with vile insults towards what you may see as harmless chiding of yourself will also leave permanent marks in your psyche. Why not program your subconscious with the thoughts of all that is good about you. Regardless of your self-loathing, there are many things to find in your personality or deeds you have done that should be highlighted for their positive impact. Consider this your wakeup call! It is time to honor yourselves with loving encouragement; not with viscid statements to your Inner Child or all of the children of the world. Live with the love and harmony of angels and you cannot go wrong. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
