Developing good habits is much easier than many people want to believe. Each time you want to end something unhealthy or bad, it should be done one morsel at a time if you are unable to have the willpower to step away from the vice or whatever it is that serves you no purpose. Each individual step towards success is a major triumph. If you see it that way, you will be prone to continuing on this path that will lead to the riches you deserve. All great journeys were created by numerous smaller steps. Whether you are looking to stop smoking, diet, become a top-rated musician, athlete, doctor or spouse, it must all be done with the thought that the end result is worth the short-term discomfort. It does not have to be painful to end poor addictions and behavior, no matter what level or type we are speaking of.
Consider this a brief reminder not to give your power away. No singular person, nor aspect of your life should be given the ability to rule over you. Within your own body is a brain, heart and soul that can counteract all that is bad. The concepts must start in your mind, firmly, and with a crisp clarity in the vision you see of yourself in the future. If you do not have a clear plan, how are you supposed to received the rewards of your desires? Write out your thoughts. Putting them on paper will make it easier for you to see and comprehend the goals you want for yourself. Sometimes, they do not appear as relevant when you view them in black and white.
Most in society want a quick fix for all that ails them. While this may be a good attitude in specific instances, the reality is that for the bulk of your existence that it is counterproductive. Stated more simply, you miss out on too many lessons and the joy of the journey when you try to rush through everything. Ultimately, it leaves you feeling dissatisfied with the results because you have not bothered to factor in the time necessary to adjust to the changes, let alone make them. Frustration takes over and then you fall back into the old patterns that created your need to change in the first place. Our advice to you is to blend reality with the omnipotent presence of the Source of Life in order to gain the presents you seek. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

Great to remember these as we travel through life.............
God Bless you, Jim Our Angel :-)**
The greatest journey starts with but one step. Each step can be a triumph and can be better appreciated by living in the "now" that we hear so much about.
Great message, Jim.
"Our advice to you is to blend reality with the omnipotent presence of the Source of Life in order to gain the presents you seek." I keep reading this over and over...not sure if the meaning is sinking in yet but it is great advice!
