The Spoken Words of Spirit--June 16, 2011

This message came from One Feather.
---------
I am unable to tell why people find it important to dwell on negatives. There is no upside to always looking or thinking about the downside of life. You are in an era that has too many people jumping towards intolerance, ineffectiveness, anger, distrust and more of that sort of thing. The Creation was not designed to be that way. The Great Spirit wanted all of His children to be happy and prosperous. It does not make a difference if your skin is black, white, yellow, red, brown or any other composite.

You are all seen as equals, with equal rights to make your own happiness. This is the point that I am stressing. Your happiness is something that should come from your efforts; from your thoughts and actions. If you align yourself with the right way to think, then all that you want and need is possible. However, if you think you should have someone else hand it to you, or you try to ride the backs of those who are producing, then you will ultimately end up with struggles. Embrace your power! To give it to other people only serves them and not you.

During my incarnated days, when the earth was a huge place and not linked electronically, most everyone who had able bodies had their own desires to survive. They did not wait for someone to hand them food without doing something of the same value for them. We did not expect to be cared for by our successful neighbors when we knew we could achieve the same outcomes with our own hands. Life was uplifted by the power of “Self.” Like today, the voice that you need to listen to for your journey to survival is the one that is already built in you. It is the one that says, “ I am self-reliant. I live to thrive; to prove to myself and all others that I can achieve anything that I set my mind to.”

Perhaps what I am trying to share is that if you have expectations that someone else should take care of your needs, then you will have no yearn to do anything but stay in the limiting circumstances you find yourselves in. You were given a physical life to learn to enjoy! Part of the process is to overcome challenges and not to cede power to others. No matter how well-intentioned, any time someone wants to level the field for all people, the outcome is to take away the drive to be successful for those who have been, simply because they feel it will be taken away by those who have done nothing. For the ones who are at the bottom; they begin to feel as if there is no reason to be motivated to ever improve, thus leaving a society of mediocrity.

I would ask each of you, individually, to take a look at whether you want to feel satisfaction by earning your lessons and your goals? Do not mistake this lesson for something that says you should never seek or receive help. That is far from the intent of these thoughts. All I am requesting, as well as all of Gods of the Earth, Wind, Fire and Water; plus each of the angels and Ascended Masters, is that you give back to society as much as you receive. In actuality, it is a lopsided plan, only because anything you give from your heart, by your own doing, will be given back to you tenfold in a variety of ways. I ask each of you to ponder that. Imagine how quickly things would improve for all of mankind if everyone understood the way the Great Spirit designed life to be lived! No one would lack anything because all people would be helping each other from their heart and not because they are forced into it. Love would then spread through humanity as strongly as the sun heats the equator--with great warmth and intensity. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

I love hearing from One Feather. His words are so logical.

"Your happiness is something that should come from your efforts; from your thoughts and actions. If you align yourself with the right way to think, then all that you want and need is possible." Perfect.

Thank you Jim, as always. xoxo
