Let anger be a motivator for improvement, not a tool for revenge. It would benefit everyone if they could see past what causes their anger and work on a remedy to improve the emotion. Although, in a physical world there will be plenty of times to feel angry, the higher path is to acknowledge the intensity and then step back and see if it is really worth it. Spirit wants all people to recognize their behavior, whether someone is causing you to feel out of sorts or if you are the one making others feel that way.
Ask yourself, "Am I being the best example of my higher self?" By simply contemplating this question, time is given to you to release any ill will or ill-conceived thoughts and actions. May you all remember this as you walk down a path of peace and serenity.
