Knowing that this is true will enable you to feel immense love within your soul and balance from the child within. In a life where the physical world can throw all sorts of issues at you, having the ability to look at things in small, unbiased and relaxed ways is the fastest way to cure your worries. Love is the emotion that you need to set aside all anxiety. It will be felt when you listen to the quiet voice within. Asking your guides and teachers in spirit is as simple as can be. You can do so in the quiet of your mind, in meditation or in a prayerful state of being. You can request their assistance at any time, but make sure you listen to the responses. Options will always be available, but in most cases, the choice will still be yours. It is the perfect system of being supplied with everything, yet not everything needs to be used by you and Spirit will still love you. In essence, you may not be able to control all of your yesterdays, but you can make sure that the end of today is worth remembering. Do the things that make a positive difference!
