Why not release the pains that hold you back? Is your fear stemming from the many changes that it will cause, or because you have mentally set yourself up to think that there is no better way? What about the thoughts that people expect you to look or be a certain way? Does that make you think you should stay as is? Life changes can be uncomfortable, but with the right answers to these questions, your journey will be much easier.
When you are having any type of trouble, there is no reason good enough to maintain the status quo. Whether you are in physical pain; mental or emotional, there are ways to improve the quality of your life. The Creation was formed with all dilemmas in mind, but also with all of the answers available to you. They may have to come from within yourselves, or from other peoples’ assistance. All you have to do is to stay open to the best linkage to shifting from the aspects that hurt, and then into the aspects that give and forgive. Sometimes, the only source of comfort must come from the loved ones in the Light who are always in and around your aura.
We might also suggest to you that you take one simple step to change any part of your routine. While we know in spirit that this is an exercise of adjustment, it is up to you to let it happen. Take a different route to work or to the store! Call someone you have not spoken to in a long time. Visit the park or animal refuge. Stop by and listen to the squealing sounds of young voices on the playground. Take a walk on the beach if you are able to. Do anything different! Life is about changes, but the real lesson is in how everyone makes adjustments to the circumstances. By rearranging your normal routine, the aspects that seem daunting will be alleviated.
Getting some relief from your troubles will flow to you more easily when you determine that you are worth the effort to fix yourself. Make this a simpler task by incorporating the power of massive healers who are part and parcel of your contingency of loving angels. They belong to you and want to work for you. Let them enter into the recesses of your mind so that they can cleanse the negativity and replace it with the brightness of options and positive happenings that are yet to come. It is good to have something to anchor your mind to that will alleviate your stress and anxieties. Be attuned to the people on both sides of the divide who will help to raise your expectations and douse you with a feeling of being well-blessed. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
