If you allow yourselves to live via an attitude of revenge or harm for anyone who has caused you harm, then all you are doing is keeping the wounds open. Forgiveness on two levels must overtake the pains that are felt. First, you must let the situation you were in be released. Whether or not it was intentional makes no difference. It is now in the past, and by letting it fester, all that happens is that more irritation controls the path you are walking. Secondly, there must be a sense of forgiveness given to the offender. He or she will not be able to bask in the glory of hurts they have caused you if the universe and your thoughts take away the power that is held over you when you stay angry and emotionally distraught, dismayed or disempowered.

This may sound unfair to those who have been harshly scorned or hurt in any way. What must be remembered is that the universe will continue to supply the same emotions that you are emitting--both to yourself and the offending party. Perhaps it would be best to instill a reminder of two things. First, you must truly imbibe in the LG Factor--Let Go, Let God, Life’s Good. Secondly, there has got to be a shift in your thinking and the permanent infusion of living your life with the principles of the Golden Rule in play. Otherwise, you are only putting yourself squarely on the path of the offenders.

By doing what is suggested, you will no longer feel defensive, nor distraught. Your life will suddenly lurch onto a path of enrichment and empowerment. Gone will be the annoyances and constant reminders of each little thing that makes you feel sad or angered. Your emotions will be filled with a complacency and happiness as you know you have the power to move your life forward the way you want and need it to. This is the road to glory; for personal achievements and fulfillment. When you live honorably, no harm can come to you. When you have made a mistake, acknowledging it and showing remorse to those you hurt and yourself, will lead to a release of anxieties. Detachment is only good when you are detaching from a negative situation. Guilt cannot and never should make you repeat a pattern of mistakes and uneasy living. You were blessed with more than that! Absorb them and show gratitude to your God and those angels in heaven and on earth who will always assist you. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
