The Spoken Words of Spirit--April 19, 2012

When someone reaches out for help, it is up to you to use your judgment as to whether or not the help given will truly assist them or merely prop them up. Sometimes, the answer needs to be “no.” There are times in life when you need to be a teacher and not simply a “giver.” This does not mean you are supposed to turn your back on anyone. What it does mean is that you have to show whoever it is how to shift from being consistently in need or needy in the eyes of some. Teach them that they can break out of the boundaries that have them on a treadmill of lack, often created out of fear.

Some of you may not understand the intent of this message, but your guardians of Light are looking at the long-term picture. All able-bodied people should make more of an effort to see what they can do to improve themselves. At the very least, if economic conditions are legitimately causing their problems, then they should know that in some form they need to begin to “pay forward” the help they get in some form. It can be their time spent helping an elderly family member, friend or neighbor. It could be doing something as simple as showing compassion for someone who is going through their own hardship.

The point we are trying to make is that if everyone abided by true spiritual principles, then the world would have no shortages of anything. While it may appear almost as though time has reverted to when the global community ran on the barter system, the reality is that the Creation was made for all people to be able to partake in its abundance. It does not mean, however, that everyone is entitled to sit back and let others do all the work while they reap the benefits. Life needs to be in harmony and balance. All you are asked to do is your part. No matter if you are struggling, or are part of the numerous fortunate people in society, your responsibility is the same. It is to share peace, love and an air of appreciation for life itself. This is the way your loved ones on the golden side of the divide do it. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

I do not like unbalance in my life. At times that is what life throws our way.

Thank you,
Jim Our Angel :-)**

You are so right, Mary. Finding the balance and keeping it is the key. You seem to be doing a great job of it!
