The Spoken Words of Spirit--December 19, 2009

Responsibility is an important factor in living the good life. Unless you are a child, or physically challenged in some way, no one else has to lead you anywhere. This is a special time for many people. It is also a time when many others are emotionally hurting. Spirit and a plethora of angels are doing their best to guide and protect you. With that said, it is still your right to do what you want. Keep this in mind when you feel sad, as well as when you are elated about things. It is always within your means to make changes or keep things the same. We only hope that if you are keeping them the same it is because you are in a place of happiness. If not, it is on your shoulders and Spirit’s to make the adjustments necessary to feel improvements.

What we mean by all this is that the amount of happiness you let into your life is in direct alliance with the way you act and approach everything. Even in your hardest, darkest moments, it is still you who gets to make the decisions as to how you want to feel, live and move through this gift of life that you have. Having a physical life means you have been entrusted by a Higher Power to use it for the soul’s lessons. Sometimes, it is for a short time, while other times it could be for a century. Either way, you are looked at equally in the eyes of God--as a unique, beautiful piece of the total picture that the angels paint for us. This is why we want you to cherish each moment of your life, as well as the lives of others.

Allow your soul to dance. Let it break free by honoring it with respect. Do what you need to do to make your physical life more comfortable, but only do so with the respect of the Golden Rule in your heart and mind. During the holiday season, know that the angels are reaching out to you. Quiet your mind so you can hear the hush of their love; the brilliance of their Light. Trust that you are worth every ounce of effort that they send to you. If you cannot find an excuse to be content, then at least quietly embrace the hugs of Jesus and the Ascended Masters. You are children of God, whether on the earth plane or in the Light. He covets each of you as though you were His only child. Allow the power of that thought to resonate within. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

The quote that Mary commented on, is the exact same one that resonated with me. Absolutely beautiful, warm, and comforting.

Mary and Jim, this was my favorite line also. It seems to have hit a chord in me that just made me feel more peaceful.

"Even in your hardest, darkest moments, it is still you who gets to make the decisions as to how you want to feel, live and move through this gift of life that you have." What a great message...it is ultimately up to us to be happy and to make our life the way we want it to be.

Thank you Jim.

Mary and Jim, I agree with both of you. And I love the line "Allow your soul to dance." It is very freeing, isn't it?
