The Spoken Words of Spirit--January 22, 2009

It seems the right time to speak on behalf of all you who are happy with your lives. Do not change what you are doing as long as the happiness is not coming intentionally at the expense of someone else. Likewise, if there is some part of your life that is satisfactory, try to “grow” the feeling. By focusing on the good aspects, you will subconsciously diminish that which bothers you. In a sense, you give those less than stellar parts of your existence ZERO power. Does that make sense to you? It should, and if it doesn’t, then let it be known that by practicing the principles that we are speaking to you about, ultimately it will make sense.

God and Spirit see you as divine beings. If we are perfectly blunt, many of you should have caused us to lose patience. The good thing is that it really is not an option, nor should the thinking that good things cannot happen to you be believed. What we are saying is that for those of you who know the “secret” of being happy or joyful, then you should expand on it for your own use, but you should also be more open in sharing the philosophy with anyone you see can benefit from your knowledge. Those in spirit are not the only ones who can assist you with your personal growth and guidance. There is a preponderance of angels on earth who come into your lives to either assist you or be assisted by you, depending on where your immediate needs are.

Lastly, we want you to feel loved. We want you to be able to sense the champion within. This is said because from our perspective, no matter what you may feel, all of you are winners in the eyes of God. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit. Share them with each other.

That does make sense. One of my "resolutions"for 2009 is to silence the negative self talk which has been a part of me ever since I can remember. I am learning about the "Laws of Attraction" - which is what I think that Spirit is talking about here.

Spirit frequently talks to me about the Law of Attraction. Could that be because I still have to catch my own negative chatter? It is not at all easy for us to change years of embedded negative ways of looking at our life, generally planted in the recesses of our mind by the adults who influenced us growing up. Be patient with yourself, but consistent in your efforts to adjust and you'll do well.
