The Spoken Words of Spirit--May 11, 2009

We begin this week with a focus on physical health. The human body tends to absorb energy, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. In a sense, it is much like the universe, however, it is your personal universe and not the macro view. You will find yourself ill many times throughout your life. While we recognize legitimate ailments, and do not want to dismiss them out of hand, we prefer to look a little more deeply today.

The body has a tendency to absorb the negativity of your thoughts and surroundings and formulate them into toxins within the walls of yourself. This can cause cancer, heart problems, mental and emotional illnesses, obesity, autoimmune diseases and much more. Our premise in these words today is to have each of you step back and check out what trait may be unresolved within the walls of your being. Have you been sexually, physically, verbally or emotionally abused in the past, and suppressed those memories with the thought that it allows you to move forward? You are not alone. Have you undergone deep losses stemming from the sudden departure of loved ones back to the side of God? Have there been any times when you may have been the abuser or caused a problem for someone due to your negligence or poor judgment? What about simply delaying making changes that you know are necessary, but you avoid for fear of the unknown?

All of the above questions may lead to the word “yes,” but they also may have led you to struggles that you do not want, nor does God and Spirit want for you to have. Our efforts in these words is to make you realize that even many “incurable” diseases can be healed or improved dramatically with a completely open mind to what those on the other side can bring you. It may come in the form of a gifted healer; through your own meditative work, through a change in ordinary routines, as well as with suggested improvements by learning about all the already available cures that the earth has to give you. Mostly, we offer protection for all of you in many different ways, but it will mean nothing if you do not seek out the answers and rid yourself of caustic issues. The more persistent you are and the more relentlessly focused you are in your quest to improve who you are, be it physically, spiritually or emotionally, the more rapid you will feel some sense of recovery. Spontaneous healings happen all the time through the gift of the Supreme Being. The first step you must take is simply the desire to learn more about yourself. You are worthy of it! Your are worthy of receiving all the greatness that the universe has to offer all people. Make sure you start to feel like you deserve it! It is good to have hope, but the word and emotion itself will be disruptive unless you take the first small steps. Ask those who can help you to point you in the right direction. You will be amazed at how many people are available, as well as the full contingency of the angels and Hierarchy. Share your thoughts as one small way to change. If you have already begun to accept what we are saying, then congratulations come from the Highest Order! These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.

What a beautiful message! I beleive that the key to this message is telling us that we do have to feel that we deserve it in order to accept the healing.

Thank you Jim.

This is another message that several people commented on to me directly. I think the healing theme will be repeated in the future. Keep up the great work and don't be afraid to share your thoughts on the blog. It helps others to know they are not alone.

Very very true! And for me personally coming from a point of despair, where hope is not even strong enough, prayers and affirmations work! And we can feel the sarcasm and akwardness, or even doubt- just know that our subconscious can't feel the emotion behind our intention so in time our words always become our truth. Never say negative things to yourself or others and always affirm a positive comment to your criticts. Love you Jim!
