The Spoken Words of Spirit--May 26, 2009

Some of you may be wondering why we did not pay tribute to all the courageous men and women who sacrificed life and limb to stand up for freedom. This is something that we intended to do. Then we recognized that even through the allure of gatherings amongst family and friends, parades and more, that there was a thread of the true reason for the assemblage. Spirit saw this as a great thing. Still, you are wondering why we didn’t. The reason is quite simple. For those who gave their whole heart and soul to your right to live in harmony, we commend them everyday, not just one or two.

We can also tell you this is true of how we view each of God’s children. We have no expectations of anyone. Does that sound odd? Our message to you is to simply live in the most respectful way you can. Honor yourself. Honor those who help you. Embrace the opportunity to claim the rewards the universe wants to give you. Try not to live life always worrying about what you might or might not accomplish. Your worthiness is not supposed to be in question. Spirit sees you in this light and wants nothing but for you to allow us to live in you. When you are able to abide by those principles, all things will seem to change. Even your breaths will take on the lightness and colors of the angels. Imagine what it must feel like to be free of what hampers you. How would that make you think?

Undoubtedly, when you make the choice to live in a life of unobstructed love, your subconscious will begin to create the means necessary to accomplish this feat; not feel defeated. Yes, you can be happy! Anticipate the desire not to be trapped in the mounting pressure of thinking you have to fix everything or everyone. When you solidify such high expectations, you actually diminish your choices. Ultimately, you end up living a life that devalues your worthiness. Love becomes elusive. In actuality, as you learn to live at the level of God and Jesus, it is the spirit within yourself that becomes healed. Almost like a switch being turned on, you will be able to take the steps necessary in your journey to embrace true happiness, instead of causing an avalanche of delays and excuses preventing it. Since the world is in constant motion, putting off some of the ways to become healthy, both in body and mind, you will lose out on what may be a blissful future.

Remember this; you are the power and possibility to create your highest path. God will be the omnipotent presence and guiding force if you allow him to enter into your being. No matter what you want, the forces on the other side will present you with the people, places, and strength to have it flourish. So, it is up to you to decide whether or not you want to put aside your excuses. Be less fearful of what hardships you think might come from abiding by your highest path. It is the fastest way to stay in a pit of negative sameness, only causing you to wallow in the things that hold you back. Today, you must recognize that this is your chance to be as brave as those who trusted in your right to be free; to have the liberties of peace, serenity and self-worth embraced. Sacrifice is not something that you need to do to prove anything. God already knows who you are. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
